If your leftover boxes are opened, unsealed, expired, a brand not listed above, or shows improper removal of a label, we cannot pay for them or return them.
We cannot purchase any glucose test strip boxes or CGM devices labeled as “Medicare/Medicaid Use Only”.
We do not return items.
We cannot price match. Here’s why
We don't price match other companies, and for good reason. We've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. Often those competitors try to lure people with higher payouts, and then they go out of business and don't pay what they owe. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will.
Damaged boxes receive a lower payout. See tables below for current pricing.
