If you use a brand of test strips that we do not purchase, we invite you to explore additional options to selling your strips, as other companies may purchase different brands for different reasons.

We offer same-day digital payment! Once our inspectors verify your supplies, your digital check is sent the same day — no waiting for the mail. Prefer a traditional check? We can mail one within one business day of receiving your package, typically arriving within 2-8 business days.
Yes! In addition to test strips from brands like AccuChek, Contour, Dario, FreeStyle, and OneTouch, we also buy Dexcom G6/G7 sensors, FreeStyle Libre 2/3/3+ sensors, and Omnipod supplies. Visit our pricing page for the full current list and payouts.
Once our team inspects your supplies, we’ll email your digital check to the email address you provided. You can deposit it instantly via your bank’s mobile app, print and deposit it at a branch, or deposit it at an ATM — whichever is most convenient for you. Digital checks are just as valid as paper checks.
Instead of waiting for a mail kit, you can request a QR code when you fill out our form. We’ll email you a UPS QR code that you can bring to any UPS Store location along with your packed supplies (in your own sturdy box). Just scan the code and drop it off — we still pay for all shipping costs and you skip the wait entirely.
How it Works
Not at all! Although we are grateful that many of our customers become regular sellers, there is no pressure to continue selling to Cash for Diabetics. You can sell as frequently, or as infrequently, as you’d like.
No, we do not pay for expired, damaged or used supplies.
We cannot purchase all test strips we receive. For example, if your boxes have less than 3 months until expiration, are opened or unsealed, or you have a brand we cannot purchase, we do not offer a payout or return these items. By shipping your supplies to us, you signify your agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
This will depend on the nature and extent of the damage. We never pay for boxes that are opened, unsealed, or show signs of liquid damage. If the damage is purely cosmetic, and not too extensive, we may issue a payout equal to 50% of what we’d pay for a comparable mint-condition box. These judgment calls are made on a case-by-case basis at our product inspectors’ discretion.
No. When you request to sell us your supplies we mail you a package at our own expense, containing a return package and a prepaid shipping label. You do not incur any shipping costs when dealing with us whatsoever.
No. Do not attempt to remove any labels/stickers yourself as damage caused to the box by improper removal may disqualify your submission. We will remove prescription labels in a way that does not damage the boxes, and destroy the label to protect your privacy. Feel free to use a magic marker to mark through identifying information if you’d like, but please take care not to mark or stain the box in the process as doing so will jeopardize your payout.
