How the estimate works.
Is the calculator estimate what I'll actually get paid?
It's a close estimate based on what you tell us. Your final payout is confirmed after we inspect your supplies — we verify the product, seal, condition, and expiration. If everything matches what you entered, your payout matches the estimate.
Why does expiration change my payout?
Buyers need enough shelf life to resell safely. Test strips at 10+ months and CGMs/pumps at 6+ months earn the full rate. Halfway to expiration earns 50%. Too close to expiration, we can't accept them.
What's the difference between retail and non-retail boxes?
Retail boxes are standard pharmacy packaging. Non-retail (mail-order or clinic) boxes are worth less on resale, so they pay less. Not sure which you have? Add it to your estimate and our team will confirm at inspection, or call 1-888-428-2050.
What can't I sell?
Anything with a "Medicare/Medicaid Use Only" label — selling those is illegal under federal law. Also opened, used, expired, or damaged boxes. Everything else from our accepted brands is fair game.
How fast do I get paid after shipping?
We inspect the same day your kit arrives. Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and digital checks go out that business day. ACH lands the next day. Mailed checks take 2–8 days.
Do I really pay nothing for shipping?
Correct — $0, always. Free postage-paid mail kit, or QR-code drop-off (which adds a $10 bonus). We cover return shipping too if any item can't be accepted.
