Is it legal to sell unused, unopened diabetic supplies?
Yes. Selling unused, unopened diabetic supplies you own is legal under federal law, as long as those supplies were not paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, or a government assistance program. We never accept boxes labeled with government-program markings.
How fast do I actually get paid?
After your kit arrives, our inspection typically takes 24 hours. Once approved, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and digital checks go out the same business day. ACH lands the next business day. Mailed paper checks arrive in 2–8 days depending on USPS.
What brands and products do you actually buy?
CGM sensors and transmitters from Dexcom (G6, G7) and FreeStyle Libre (2, 3, 3 Plus). Omnipod 5 and Dash pods. Test strips from OneTouch, Accu-Chek, Contour, FreeStyle and Dario. If you don’t see your brand, run the calculator — the dropdown is the source of truth.
What about expired or partially damaged boxes?
Expiration thresholds differ by product category. Test strips: 10+ months gets the full payout, 3–9 months gets 50%, under 3 months is not accepted. CGMs and pumps: 6+ months gets full, 4–6 months gets 50%, under 4 months is not accepted. Boxes with cosmetic damage (dents, sticker residue) take an additional 50% off — opened, torn, or stained boxes are not accepted regardless of category.
Do you really pay shipping?
Yes. Always. Free postage-paid kit if you want one mailed to you, or QR-code drop-off at UPS/USPS if you want to ship today. Both ways cost you $0 — and the QR-code path adds a permanent $10 bonus to your payout.
What if my box is rejected on inspection?
We email you photos and an explanation of why. You can ask for the supplies back at no return-shipping cost — unlike some competitors who charge a return fee. Most rejections come from broken seals or hidden government-program labels.
