The calculator uses the same pricing tables our inspectors use. The number you see is what you’ll see on your shipping confirmation email. The only things that can change it: the product turns out to be a different SKU than selected, the expiration date is shorter than indicated, or the box arrives with damage that wasn’t disclosed.

By the time a box gets inspected, repackaged, listed in the secondary market, and shipped to its next user, supplies with less than 3 months to expiration would be unsafe to sell. Federal rules and common sense both point the same way. We don’t accept them — full stop — and we don’t pay $1 for them and quietly throw them out either.

Dents, sticker residue, missing outer cellophane, minor crushing, pen markings that don’t obscure the lot number. Anything where the inner box is still sealed and the contents are intact. If the manufacturer seal is broken, that’s “opened” and we can’t accept it.

Federal law. Supplies received through Medicare, Medicaid, or any government assistance program cannot be resold — they were paid for by a taxpayer-funded program, and reselling them is a federal offense. We screen every box on arrival.

It’s a flat $10 added to the total payout if you choose QR-code drop-off when you request your kit. It applies once per shipment, not per box. The calculator already includes it in the “estimated payout” number — you can see it as a separate line in the breakdown.
