Mobile deposit is the quickest way to deposit your digital checks. Here’s exactly how to do it:
- Open the email with your digital check on a SECOND SCREEN (such as a laptop or table) and click the secure link
- On the digital check page, click “Mobile Deposit”
- You’ll see two check images appear on your screen: Front of check (top image) & Back of check (bottom image)
- Open your bank’s mobile app and select “Mobile Deposit” or “Deposit Check”
- When prompted to take photos: Front photo: Position your phone’s camera over the front check image on your computer/tablet screen, Back photo: Position your phone’s camera over the back check image
- Follow your bank’s prompts to complete the deposit
